ADVENTURE OVERVIEW: Private Coastal Wilderness Hike

START/END: Balboa Bay Beach Resort

Starting from Crystal Cove State Park, this hike meanders through Orange County’s largest remaining reserve, consisting of 2,400 acres of open space. Wide, dirt trail loops through a protected wildlife areas with stunning vistas of the pacific ocean and Catalina Island, nestled on the horizon.

• Safari Transport To/From Hike: $500 (seats up to 10 pax)

• $125 a person (email for reduced pricing for groups 10 pax or more)

Cancellation Policy

• Please provide all cancellation notices by either texting 949.867.7677 or emailing balboa@expertactive.com

  • FULL REFUND: 12 hours > notice

  • 50% REFUND or RESCHEDULE: 6 hours > notice

  • NO REFUND: 2 hours > notice (but you may reschedule for a +$30 fee)

  • NO REFUND: 2 hours < notice

• The ocean and weather are constantly changing and our instructors cannot control the conditions. Sometimes the waves are calm and other times they are on the rough side -- welcome to surfing! We assure you that instructors will keep you safe and make an effort to show you a good time, no matter what. 

  We reserve the right to change any itinerary to match existing conditions. If we must cancel due to unsafe or unsuitable weather or sea conditions (as determined by our staff and/or lifeguards), you will have your choice of RESCHEDULING or a FULL REFUND. We are not responsible for non-refundable hotel or transportation costs. If a customer desires to end the lesson early he or she will not receive a refund.
