If it’s not safe – shut it down! Safety is more than a policy – it’s a promise. It is a collective responsibility for everyone on our team to adhere to established safety protocols but also to be vigilant and proactive in identifying and reducing potential hazards.
Our culture of safety is built on continuous education, open communication, and a steadfast commitment to improving our practices. That means triple checking equipment, staying up to date and knowledgeable with crucial safety techniques, knowing the routes and nearest emergency facilities and checking that guests are in a physical condition that will allow them to partake in their outing.

Care about what you’re doing and how you’re doing it. We are early, presentable, and give a hoot! If you see something that needs to be done, do it or, if you can’t, notify someone who can. Dirty wetsuit? Clean it. Sandy shed? Sweep it. Flat tire? Pump it.
Extra Mile For The Smile
We are a high-end guest experience provider and that means we have people that will go beyond what’s expected to make an experience or interaction enjoyable. That means if a guest is having a good time and wants to surf, ride, hike a bit longer, make adjustments outside the norm to make the experience epic.
