*We encourage our guests to book eBike rentals at least one day in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate same-day bookings, availability may be limited, and we cannot guarantee that a team member will be available on short notice. RENTAL OVERVIEW

2 hour: $75 | 4 hour: $120 | 6 hour: $150

START/END: Main entrance of Waldorf Astoria hotel, at the tram pickup location.

There’s no better way to explore the hilly city of Dana Point than on an eBike. Our Rad Runner Power Bikes will carry you with ease up inclines as your cruise around enjoying the local food and vistas the historic city has to offer.

If it’s your first time exploring the city, we would recommend booking on of our epic eBike tours first to learn the hidden back roads and secret coves of the area to stay safe and avoid traffic.

SAFETY & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:

eBikes are dangerous and riders must be capable of riding bikes and wear closed toed shoes!

All riders renting eBikes must be 18 or over, unless accompanied by an adult.

Consuming alcoholic beverages while riding eBikes is prohibited and you will be liable for any damages to the eBikes or yourself that might incur while alcohol or any other coordination inhibiting substances are your bloodstream.

Cancellation Policy

• Please provide all cancellation notices only by texting or calling 949.594.2202

  • DEPOSIT: 50% Deposit taken at time of booking

  • FULL REFUND (minus processing fees): 24 hours > notice

  • 50% REFUND or RESCHEDULE (minus processing fees): 12 hours > notice

  • NO REFUND: 4 hours > notice (but you may reschedule for a +$30 fee)

  • NO REFUND: 4 hours < notice

• TIMING & LATE ARRIVALS Your lesson or rental begins exactly at the time reserved. To ensure fairness to our staff and other guests, the activity will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of your arrival time. If you arrive late and wish to extend your session beyond the scheduled end time, extra charges will apply (subject to instructor and equipment availability).

• CONDITIONS & SAFETY We reserve the right to change any itinerary to match existing conditions. If we must cancel due to unsafe or unsuitable weather or sea conditions (as determined by our staff and/or lifeguards), you will have your choice of RESCHEDULING or a FULL REFUND. We are not responsible for non-refundable hotel or transportation costs. If a customer desires to end the lesson early, he or she will not receive a refund.
