We have a wide array of equipment for rent. Reservations of 12 hours in advanced are highly encouraged to ensure we have equipment and staff available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide all cancellation notices by either texting 949.594.2202 or emailing monarch@expertactive.com
FULL REFUND: 12 hours > notice
50% REFUND or RESCHEDULE: 6 hours > notice
NO REFUND: 2 hours > notice (but you may reschedule)
NO REFUND: 2 hours < notice
The ocean and weather are constantly changing and our instructors cannot control the conditions. Sometimes the waves are calm and other times they are on the rough side -- welcome to surfing! We assure you that instructors will keep you safe and make an effort to show you a good time, no matter what.
We reserve the right to change any itinerary to match existing conditions. If we must cancel due to unsafe or unsuitable weather or sea conditions (as determined by our staff and/or lifeguards), you will have your choice of RESCHEDULING or a FULL REFUND. We are not responsible for non-refundable hotel or transportation costs. If a customer desires to end the lesson early he or she will not receive a refund.
