Newport Beach team building activities
1. Guided hikes. We run two Crystal Cove hikes. The Coastal Wilderness route loops through Orange County's largest remaining reserve, with views to Catalina. The low-tide Coastal Shores route explores the coves' tide pools. Coastal Wilderness hike · Coastal Shores hike.

4. Surf lessons. Newport's beach breaks are a regular stop for our surf school, with a 1:3 instructor ratio and boards and wetsuits included. Surf.

9. Costa Mesa beer tour. Just inland, this three- or four-stop craft-beer tour includes lunch and a trivia game with a prize for the winner. It runs about 2–3 hours for 6–30 guests. Costa Mesa Beer Tour.
10. Team building beach olympics. Relays and team challenges on the sand, run as a friendly competition. We handle permits and logistics.
11. Yacht outing. A private charter around the harbor for sunset, client hosting or a celebration. We arrange the boat and logistics.

Duffy boats hold up to 10 each, and larger groups use several boats, so ask us. The foodie and beer tours take 6–30, and hikes, paddling and surf are sized to your headcount.
